Every five years, Virginia asks each school division to adopt a comprehensive plan built with its community. Our current plan, Road to Remarkable (2022–2027), is nearly complete. This fall, School Board members and division leaders held seven Community Listening Tour sessions across the county, and RCHS students shared their views on House Day. This survey builds on what we heard from both and asks for your help setting the direction for the next five years. The survey takes about 10 minutes. Responses are anonymous unless you choose to volunteer for a workgroup in Section 6.
Paper copiesare available at each school and central office. Please return them to Jessica Portillo, executive secretary, at the central office by Friday November 6.
Your responses will be combined with the Listening Tour notes, student feedback, stakeholder group sessions, and the community needs assessment. Survey results will be shared with the School Board and the public in November, and the Board will adopt the 2027-2032 Comprehensive Plan by June 2027.
